2. Read the Product Disclosure Statement carefully and complete the application form attached.

3.  Attach a cheque payable to 'National Nominees Ltd ACF OC Application Account'

Applications are typically processed within two business days.

The minimum initial application for either the OC Premium Equity or OC Dynamic Equity Funds is $25,000. For the 200 Fund the minimum is $5,000.
Further subscriptions and withdrawals may be of a lesser amount.

Applications can be made through margin lending or platform facilities.  Please follow the menu link to those organisations offering margin lending or platform facilities for the OC Funds.

To redeem:

A redemption form must be completed to redeem units. 

Redemptions must be made by filling in the redemption form below and faxing the completed
